I unfortunately do not offer cash refunds. This is because I accept new clients on the basis of my availability, and as such, I would have foregone prospective clients based on the time I provision to deliver on the services a client pays for.

I, however,  give my clients the below options in scenarios where they seek to reschedule the services that have already been paid for:

1. Hold their slot for a period of up to twelve (12) months at no additional cost.
2. A 30% push fee should they wish to reschedule for a period of more than twelve (12) months.
